Damit bringt er die Familienpläne ins Wanken. Man beschliesst, per Fahrrad die umliegende Gegend zu erkunden. Ein Anhänger wird gebaut und los geht’s.

Originally, the Molls wanted to fly to the Maldives. But what about their dachshund, Chips? When Chips hears that they want to send him to a kennel, he flees miserably and cowers in fear. So Papa and Mama Moll, Evi, Willi and Fritz change their plans and repack all of their things, and set of on a family bicycle trip with Chips along for the ride. They even bring their pet piglet!
